Skin mostly becomes thinner with the age and the chance of bruising increases considerably. It can become one of the most important skin care problem. It has a minimal effect. You will not get the protection like that of the real tan; instead your skin will look darker and this tan will create a creamy mess in your skin, which has a least effect and it will make you feel pathetic.  Try to avoid any kind of tanning pills because they cause harm instead of caring.
